Brazil’s iconic singer/songwriter Roberto Carlos has announced he will tour the States, so far releasing dates for March 2019.

The GRAMMY winner is known as the “King” in Brazil and makes his return after five years to stages across the U.S. on his Amor Sin Limite Tour. Currently on the list of the cities he’ll visit are New York, Miami, Olrando, Fla., Boston and Washington DC. More dates and cities are expected to be released.

“I am very excited to return to the United States, where I will visit cities that I have long had a close relationship with, and I will also sing for the first time in others.” Carlos told PR Newswire, calling it his “most important tour in this beautiful country to date.”

The singer has written more than 600 ballads and has recorded duets with Jennifer Lopez and Alejandro Sanz. Throughout the years, Carlos’ musical style has varied from rock to pop and, with over 120 million records sold, he is the only Brazilian singer to sell more records than the Beatles or Elvis Presley in Latin America.

Carlos received The Latin Person Of The Year during the 2015 Latin GRAMMYs. A full list of his tour dates so far can be found on his website.
